Prayer Cards
We offer blank perforated prayer cards. These blank printable prayer cards, also known as a
funeral card or remembrance cards allow you to print your own prayer cards yourself. Create
your own memorial message or memorial verses. There are eight memorial prayer cards per
sheet.

Each 8 1/2" x 11" sheet is perforated for neat and easy separation. Cards are blank on both
sides. Both sides are smooth (not glossy) and suitable for use with a prayer card template
and are great for laminating. Available in either Parchment or Matte White (smooth on both
sides for use with both laser and inkjet printers)
