PRIVACY:  We value your business and we want your patronage to be both satisfying and secure. Information we receive from you is
never sold, rented, or otherwise distributed to any third party.

SHIPPING:  All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days when in stock, we will notify you if there are any delays expected on your
order. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground as our standard (our shipping page does offer other UPS options)   You are able to call in
your order to request shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. (this is recommended for Alaska and Canada)

RETURNS:  If you have any questions regarding our products please ask before placing your order. Immediately inspect the
product(s) you have received. If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must contact us no later than five (5) days after
receiving the merchandise.
Perforated Paper:  We will accept the return of our product(s) that are unopened and unused, in the original packaging in which it was
shipped if received back to us within 15 days of you receiving it. Refunds will be given for the cost of
the product(s) minus any shipping and handling charges.  There will be a $5.00 restocking fee assessed to your return.

PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S.dollars.

INVOICING:  Invoicing is available for certain organizations, please call to place an order that requires invoicing or faxed purchase
orders.  Non-profit organizations located in Pennsylvania do need to provide proof of their non-profit status and tax-exempt number.
Other than specific organizations, we are not able to handle open accounts for billing, our normal terms for purchase are payment by
credit card or Paypal.

DAMAGE: If your order does deliver damaged, you must inform the delivery driver, as well as us, immediately. If the driver is no
longer available, you must then notify UPS to report the damage before notifying us.  
Keep the contents in the original packaging, do not repackage and return the contents to us until you are notified to do so.
If you repack and return the products to us, it may void the insurance and we would not be able to issue your refund.
If you do notice a shortage or damage to the shipment upon delivery, please advise the driver immediately at delivery.
